Senan Byrne

I am an online coach, with a degree in sports management and coaching, I'm also a reps accredited personal trainer and have diplomas in personal training and strength and conditioning.

My philosophy is centred around evidence-based training, each plan I implement will be centred around research. 

My coaching focuses on structured training programmes designed to improve strength, performance, and overall physical development, while ensuring the best body composition by losing excess body fat, while building muscle. I work with both athletes looking to enhance performance and individuals from the general population who want to improve their fitness, build strength, lose body fat and develop sustainable training habits. Each programme is tailored to the individual, taking into account their goals, experience, and training background to ensure safe, effective, and long-term progress.

I have helped hundreds of people get into the best shape of their lives while ensuring that their life doesn't revolve around training & nutrition, I make following plans easy and free. I don't believe in demonising anything, whether that be a type of food or style of training, if you enjoy it and want it to be involved in your routine we will work around it. â€‹

What I do

I offer an all inclusive coaching package, this coaching package has multiple perks, including, 24/7 access to me, weekly check-ins, updated weekly meal plans and workout plans and much more. I also off a sports specific package, this is my area of expertise and is solely aimed at high performance athletes or athletes that want to reach that level, no matter what sport you partake in, if you want to reach your potential this is the plan for you, you will receive weekly workout and meal plans grounded in evidence-based research. You will have 24/7 access to me and weekly check-ins. For people that either aren't interested in the full package, can't afford it or just want general help with either the nutrition or workout side of training and not both, I have an option for you. You can choose to either choose to be a part of the diet only group or workout only, within this package you will get either meal plans or workout plans updated weekly as well as weekly check-ins.

I found Senan great to work with. Very friendly and willing to listen to me and what I wanted to achieve. He is extremely reliable and always ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. I wasn't doing weights as I was not confident enough to use them. He showed me great techniques with patience, and soon I was in the gym doing it on my own. I got the results I was looking for. I have really enjoyed my experience doing the program and working with Senan. From the outset Senan was approachable and professional. We quickly set up our training schedule, with Senan facilitating my teaching commitments. During the programme when I had to cancel sessions Senan responded promptly and was very accommodating when rescheduling sessions. At the start of each session Senan explained the purpose and planned exercises. During the sessions Senan was good at explaining the various individual exercises, attentive throughout to correct my form and pushed me to do more than I would have done on my own.
