Every programme is tailored to the individual, taking into account their goals, experience level, lifestyle, and schedule. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, get stronger, or improve athletic performance, the focus is always on making progress in a way that is realistic and sustainable.

I believe fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. Nothing is demonised, and plans are designed to fit around your lifestyle while still delivering results.

An all-inclusive coaching package with multiple perks including 24/7 direct access, weekly check-ins, updated weekly meal plans and workout plans. A sports specific package is also available — Senan's area of expertise — solely aimed at high performance athletes.

1:1 COACHING

Everything you need to build muscle, gain strength & lose body fat. Combines fitness with nutrition — flexible and client centred.

SPORT PERFORMANCE COACHING

Optimising athlete's performance is my area of expertise. If you want to improve your performance in any sport and become elite, this is the plan for you.

GROUP COACHING

Build muscle & lose fat with support. Flexible training 3-4 days per week with community accountability.
